He works with a team of specialists, using his expert management and global oversight skills to direct the company's expanding international operations. He inspires and guides his team to design customized seasoning blends tailored to customer needs.

Under his leadership at LifeSpice, the firm designed and built a state of the art 18,000-square-foot facility in Chicago. This facility includes a fully equipped commercial test space and areas optimized for product experimentation and evaluation, as well as administrative functions.
